Amanda began working as an intern in the Office of Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary Education in the spring of 2021 and took on a full-time position in the fall. Her primary responsibilities include teaching courses about finance and “navigating college life,” and completing research evaluations for the department. Amanda is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. She has earned a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, and is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling and Rehabilitation Counselor Education at North Carolina A&T State University.
