Lalenja is the Director of Academic Program Development and Evaluation for the Office of Comprehensive Transition and Post-secondary Education where she has been involved in the development of the program since its first cohort of students in 2007. Her current responsibilities include teaching, research, evaluation and reporting, curriculum development, oversight of program of study/credential, campus and community collaboration, and scholarship in the field. She currently teaches advocacy courses within the program of study.
